Longman dictionary in Firefox
February 15, 2009
As you all may know, Firefox has a search box on its tool bar which is generally set to Google. However, there are many search providers. If you click on the arrow next to the Google icon you can add to that list by clicking on Manage Search Engines (administrar botones de busqueda) at the bottom of the list. This will lead you to a dialogue box and there you have to click on Get More Search Engines (obtener más motores de búsqueda). You will be taken to the Firefox add-ons website. Look for the add-on for the Longman dictionary. Click on Add to Firefox and that’s it. You will be able to search the Longman Dictionary via your toolbar.
Hope you find it useful!
